LK’s investment banking experience includes cross-border M&A and equity and debt financing across sectors and geographies. He began at Tata Capital before joining US-based Transworld M&A Advisors. His work includes valuation models and deal marketing materials for domestic and cross-border transactions.
Education & qualificationsHonours degree and Master’s in Economics, followed by an MBA in Finance from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
