Engagement-specific access

Yajur agrees the working team, approved systems, access method and review process with the client. Access is limited to people assigned to the engagement and to the information required for their work.

Confidential materials

Do not send confidential deal documents through the public inquiry form. After scope and confidentiality terms are agreed, Yajur will confirm the appropriate sharing process for the engagement.

AI and analytical tools

Public AI tools are not an approved channel for confidential deal materials. Any use of technology within an engagement must follow the agreed client instructions, permitted systems and human-review process. Yajur analysts remain responsible for reviewing client-facing work.

Client control

The advisor or client retains control of material approvals, buyer and investor communications, transaction decisions and external distribution. Yajur works within the defined engagement scope and delivery process.

Third-party services

Specific hosting, data sources, collaboration systems and access controls are scope items. Their use is confirmed for the engagement rather than presented as a blanket website promise.
